Telkom Is Useless !!!

Telkom is USELESE !!

Did an application for fibre and the open serve guys came to install.

Now I cant get an password until I make an payment . No banking details no help from anyone.

Went to 2 diffrent Telkom stores and have wasted hours trying to get through to a consultant and when you do they just tell you to phone another department.

Its been a week and nobody at Telkom seems to know what they are doing and no one is helpful
