TELKOM IS USELESS

app**** for fibre, after 2 weeks nobody can tell me what the status of my application is. wait forever just to speak to someone who is not even close to helpful.... utter waste of time. F#cking sloppy and useless. want to move to another service provider, but these clowns will probably end up billing me before i even get my fibre connection installed.
