Telkom is useless

Telkom is the worst service provider!

The call center and in-store agents are useless.

I called Telkom and logged a fault 4 days ago on a faulty line and no internet I am still waiting ! paying for a service I can not use Brilliant Telkom . 18th February 2019-Dear Customer, Fault 12CRK180219 has been created for Service ID ********** 198. Telkom will endeavor to resolve the problem ASAP. asap 1 week waiting time WOW
