Telkom is useless

pathetic service. they owe me a refund of over R1000, they keep sending me emails asking for my banking details and copy of ID, which they allready have................and the moment I email it back their mailbox is "full". #*******ion #*****. why in the hell cant they pick up their telephone and contact me ? or why in the hell cant they email me from a professional email address with someone thats COMPETENT ! in their job. Instead they use this email address which once you reply to, its "FULL". **********
