Telkom is useless

Terrible experience with the call centre I would not advise anyone to use telkom their team at the call centre are pathetic the women who answered refuse to tell me her name or give me a reference number. I am still trying to activate me SIM for my wireless landline I am without a phone for over 6 months and each time I call I get those rude people at the call centre. I'm frustrated and angry with how rude these people can be i dont know whether they get people of the street to work for them. Telkom youll are truly pathetic and that's an under statement.
