Telkom is useless

After i upgraded and changed the plan i was on. Telkom has not changed the plan after 3 months. The agent promised me 10gb data for first 3 months and still i haven't recieved anything.

Telkom's call centre agents are a bunch of fonies and the don't deliver on promises. And now i can't cancel my contract.

It has been 3 months and still im struggling to get it sorted.
