Telkom is useless

I only gave them one star because you can't choose zero stars. Every time I am a day late with payments Telkom will be happy to charge you additional fees; but when the situation is reversed and Telkom owes you money because you overpaid them because of their billing practices they are more than happy to forget about you. If you ever want to get a Telkom contract please think to yourself if you can't get it somewhere else - I promise you, you are better off. If you think you can just get a reference number and your Telkom issues will be sorted out, think again. Here are my reference numbers and dates: Date of this review: 17 Aug 2018. --- Date of cancellation 18 May 2018 - Ref. ********** 8 & ********** 9. Here are the other ref. numbers when I followed up. ********** 9, ********** 4, ********** 9 & ********** -- I did not get a ref. no. every time since they wanted to use the existing ones sometimes and every time I got a promise that they will get their admin in order and pay back what they owe me. ------- What they have done instead is not cancel my accounts and kept on billing me for them.
