Telkom is USELESS

Telkom is just useless. So I had my wifi router disconnected last week Monday. Apparently they failed to get payment but according to my bank they took it, now they have to allocate payement, same story on Friday I was supposed to have my internet back after 5 hours, some manager was supposed to allocate the payment...and guess what I STILL DO NOT HAVE INTERNET. This morning I called and had to wait 35 minutes for my call to be answered, she then put me on hold, until TELKOM ended my call at 59 minutes
