Telkom is useless

I've had a problem for months now and telkom does nothing to sort out this issue. For the past week I've had no internet and they keep extending the fix by date. Monday the 16th of july they said it'll be fixed by the 24th of july today I phoned they said it'll be fixed by the 3rd of August. I have a business to run and are losing thousands yet telkom doesn't sort out my problem or do they even seem to care. This is the most pathetic company to work with a d I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
