Telkom is useless

I am now actually at a loss for words honestly the service from Telkom is beyond useless if there is such a word,they billing me from Feb for services I haven’t recieved yet I’ve called ,I’ve driven about 45min to a telkom store to personally cancel it still to this day they charging me are your consultants that sit at the phone so damn useless and brain dead that they can’t understand English ??? I mean how many times should a person repeat something ,I can see how they can say our education system is pathetic cos clearly they haven’t been to school. If you can’t fill in a form properly then I don’t know really !!! Your service is pathetic and I will keep saying that and keep writing **** reviews about your service until something’s done
