Telkom is useless

It has now been 3 months and telkom is still giving me the run around. I app**** for the phone that takes the SIM card and I am still waiting. Going up and down to them is frustrating as they themselves don’t know what’s happening. We are old people and for us to go through this nonsense is appalling. We do not have a phone and if there’s an emergency what do we do ? Someone up there in telkom get off your lazy chairs and start working. I would rather change to neotel
