Telkom is useless

Telkom is one useless and effed up company. I mean you cannot be this disrespectful to us. When you call to follow up on a ADSL order no one answers for hours no matter when you call in the days. Its all the damn same.

Paid R700.00 for installation and now they won't take your calls because you not important. Try call their sales and they answer as fast as the speed of lightning.

I am very upset and fed up. I actually want my money back.
