Telkom is useless

For the past 5-6 months my account gets suspended and I am unable to use my simcard for a minimum of 48 hours after they sort out their accounts.

I have debits orders and also transfer additional funds every month on the 1st to cover any shortfall.

I would never ever recommend Telkom to any one and I will be cancelling my contracts in September to find a new service provider.

The R2000+ I give Telkom every month can go to a company who cares about the customer.
