Telkom is Useless

I recently had a brand new telephone line and adsl installed at my home, it worked for 3 days and then stopped working, i reported the fault and a technician came out to fix the line, he confirmed it has been fixed but the line is still faulty. Telkom cant even install a telephone line properly, utterly frustrating...
