Telkom is useless

Don't expect us to pay our bills! After a technician FINALLY came out our phone and internet are down completely! Shocking service over the last TEN YEARS trying to get our phone line sorted out - noisy line, then intermittent internet, then NO phone line and now NO internet. Telkom apparently doesn't give a rat's backside as long as we are paying our bills for SOMETHING WE DON'T EVEN HAVE! This service is absolutely shocking and that any company can be this useless is beyond my comprehension. *** ARE YOU DOING, TELKOM?
