Telkom is Useless

we all know how useless Telkom is already and the way they treat their customers is appalling , I've been trying to get Telkom to stop billing me for my neighbors Phone calls but no one will help me or even speak to me about the issue . I've sent email after email and they just get ignored . I am tired of Telkom and their uselessness . All I ask for is that I get billed the correct amount . I only use the line for ADSL and do not have a telephone so any and all calls made are not mine . I am furious that it's been 3 months now and no one can even do their job at Telkom .
