TELKOM IS USELESS

ZERO STARS. I am very disappointed with Telkom. I canceled my contract effective 06/05/2022 and they are still deducting from my account. Everytime I want to dispute, there's a problem with the server or they can't "retrieve my info". I will never recommend them to anyone, dispite the cheaper prices. The customer service is only helpful with sales, but NOTHING ELSE! Shame on you telkom, taking money that isn't yours and that you clearly do not deserve. Again, ZERO stars.
