Telkom is useless

I am now fed up with Telkom, I ordered a business package over a month ago and paid for it upfront order number ***A. Someone came to install the line and then didn't leave the wireless router for our business. That was over 3 weeks ago and I am still fighting with Telkom every week to get it and I get the same lie every time, the router will be dropped off this week!! I can't understand how service can be so bad, I moved from another service provider because of poor service and now the service is even worse!!! I have been trying to get through to the call center for 25min and still no answer! I can't wait for better competitors to come in and take all telkoms business away from them!
