Telkom is useless

Absolute worst service received from. My sim card has shown no connection/no network for more than a month now. When you phone they redirect you to 7 hundred different deparments and no one can assist. I have a contract that I pay monthly but cannot use the service. have logged faults more than 8 times but the system does not give references the page just shows thank you and someone will be in contact with me shortly. When you phone my number it states that the number is no longer in service or has been deactivated yet how is that possible with a contract. It is impossible to get assistance when phoning.

Telkom needs to get this sorted. I have an alternative number that telkom can contact me on.
