Telkom is useless

Extremely upset with bad service from Telkom, I took out a fibre contract which was a black friday special that came with a modulator / tv box. In december i received a call from a courier company advising me they have a delivery for me and that i am the only one who can sign for it. I suspected foul play and decided to call telkom call centre, they advised me they are not aware of any delivery that i must get. when the courier company called back i asked them to send the delivery to sender because telkom is not aware of it. Later in the week i received a call from telkom telling me that my parcel was returned and i explained to the lady what happened. I have been following up since 2nd week of january up to date. I get promised that it will be delivered within 3 days. I tried cancelling my contract to which they said they can only do once they get feedback from the department that does deliveries. This is frustrating and the service sucks big time!
