Telkom is up to ****

Goodday i am having a huge problem with telkom. I app**** for my fiber line to be moved from my old adres to my new one. Not even 3km from my old adres. Now every day when i phone to check what is happening they tell me there is an error the are going to log the transfer again. I have asked numerous times to speak to a supervisor or manager but they are never available on the floor. Today they told me i can expect installation but nothing happened. I am really fed-up with telkom. Really hope there is someone that can help because i am working from home and i am loosing a lot off money because of no service
