Telkom is unsatisfying

Telkom had to debit from my account in January but they did not debit so I had to do a manual payment. And when I wanted to increase my spending limit a consultant told me I can't cos I didn't pay cos my payment does not reflect and on the 28th of February to my surprise nudebt debited from my account and I stopped the debit order and today nudebt called me that I need to make a payment and I had paid it on the 03 of march since they didn't debit on February I thought it was only fair for me to pay manually again and now telkom says my paint does not reflect. I am really disappointed
