Telkom is Unreliable!

I'm starting to regret using Telkom as my service provider honestly! Telkom in Chatsworth is theeeee most useless and unreliable branch ever!! In fact ALL now. I purchased a laptop about 6months ago on a contract basis and wow the guy that assisted me was completely ***********. I signed everything that needed to be signed and said I should collect my laptop the following day. Come next day, he sold my laptop and I had an important exam to write. My husband had to fight and with this guy to get my laptop, fine I got it days later. Now it giving me problems it doesn't want to turn on. I went to the one Pavillion and said I should request that they take it in for repairs as it's a software problem. I communicated via email with the relevant department and they requested a proof of payment and said if I no longer have it I can request it from the store. I asked one of the staff in Pavillion and said I can't get it from them i need to go to that specific branch that I purchased the laptop from!! What on earth!!!!!!!!!!!! I am unable to get time from work and weekdays I knock of at 6 and Saturdays I knock off at 13:00. I have been calling the Chatsworth branch eyy those one are furniture there!! The phone rings one way!!! No answer! This really needs to change.
