Telkom is unprofessional

Telkom is unprofessional.. They deducted the overdue amount and normal amount on debit order and still the phone is suspended after 4 days of promises that the payment will be allocated and activated - WE ARE STILL WAITING . I would never though that a big provider like Telkom it self will mess up like this but show you they are not customer driven.
