Telkom is unprofessional!!!!

I have a contract with telkom. Fast forward, on February there has been a debit order that went off and for some reasons they suspended my services Everytime I call they keep saying the matter will be resolved in 48 hours. It’s been 5 weeks now and still my lines haven’t been restored although I did provide a proof of the debit order and one consultant did say the money reflects on smaller systems not the main. They failed to debit my account for month of April and now my account is in arrears and they want me to pay the money that has been debited by them already. This is so sad and very frustrating. Telkom is a **** honestly. Other network providers they charge less than R12 rejection fee, telkom charges R202 rejection fee😂 wow What do we call this ? I’m so upset and angry
