TELKOM IS UNHELPFUL AND INEFFICIENT

Telkom billed me incorrectly for an amount. When I asked them to fix the error, they never did so. This was five months ago. Now they have discontinued my service and I just cannot get them to fix the problem. I have been trying for months to get them to sort the account out, to no avail.
