TELKOM HAS GIVEN ME A CONTRACT THAT I DON'T KNOW OFF, THE LAST COMMUNICATION WAS THAT MY ROUTER CONTRACT IS EXPIRING AND IM DUE FOR AN UPGRADE AND I WILL BE GETTING A CALL, TELKOM HOW DID I END UP PAYING R850 INSTEAD OF R299, THIS IS TOTALLY *********! TOTAL BULL****. YOU BETTER REVERSE YOUR NONSENSE OR I AM GONNA SUE YOU, MY ACCOUNT IS ********** 73, I ONLY SIGNED FOR 1 DEVICE FOR R199 FOR 24 MONTHS THAT EXPIRES THIS YEAR. 15 Sept 2018, 08:25There is still no feedback. These are empty promises and I am still being billed for a device I don't have and that I didn't sign for. This is just nonsense. I waste my money calling your stupid landlines and your *********** staff can't even resolve my issue.
