Telkom is *********

I cancelled my contract with Telkom in January yet they are still debiting my account.

Telkom even confirmed that the account has been cancelled by sending a cancellation letter.

Telkom is highly unprofessional and *********. They cannot adhere to their own governance processes.

It’s unfortunate that their ********* behaviour is affecting my credit score as a young black female in a poor economy.

I’m disappointed in Telkom and do not recommend it to others.
