Telkom is *********

I had a contract with Telkom that was cancelled, I called to cancel it, yet I was still debited the next month and they could not trace the call. I called again and they said it is cancelled and I wanted to know what happened to the remaining data and why did the line get cancelled instead of being converted to prepaid and they said that I did not request it.

I paid R253 and there was only 2 gigs used out of 20GB day and 20GB night, the card was cancelled and all the data fell away, I will never take out a contract with Telkom again, I opted for 24months, I did not want a month to month after, but there is always an excuse when I called to cancel, my contract was supposed to end in July, yet I was debited August and September and I did not even use the data, the only time I did was when my phone connected automatically, I feel I should be reimbursed either with the data they took when they cancelled the line, or give my money back.
