Telkom is unbelievable

Telkom deducted money after they cancelled my adsl contract. I requested to relocate the line, as I did not get a respond. I requested to cancel my contract, a consultant phoned and said he will be able to assist with the relocation of my adsl line. The cancelation was withdraw. From the time the consultant called me it was the 2 year anniversary of my contract, and this made me a month to month customer. A technician came and declared it is not feasible to install adsl. And telkom cancelled my Contract. But the debit order still went off. I have sent an email to enquiries, but no respond at this stage and it's been 2 days.
