TELKOM IS UNABLE TO RESOLVE COMPLAINTS.. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MANAGER TO STAFF, USELESS.

im so disappointed in how telkom handles complaints they do not have sense of emergency or urgent responds. both me and my Husband are Telkom clients, we recently upgraded then we decided we will pay upfront on his telkom account and telkom promised us they wont debit if there is money reflecting on that account, which they will minus from that account. unfortunately they didn't keep to their promise there is still a debit order going off from my husbands bank account from Telkom. when he calls to ask them to refund back all the money that Is on the Telkom Account they are taking him from pillar to post. its been six weeks now and they have debited Twice already and no refund made. Telkom is messing up with our livelihood. its FESTIVE now we wanna enjoy our festive season in peace and go on a holiday but Telkom is making it difficult. TELKOM MUST JUST REFUND OUR MONEY. I will never recommend it to anyone the service is BAD BAD BAD.
