Telkom is unable to render the service as marketed. Order gets cancelled repetitively and existing service cancelled indiscriminately.

<p>I’ve ordered FTTH from Telkom numerous times now, that is aggressively marketed in our area. I’ve ordered per Web, at the Telkom shop in Woodlands mall, and a road stall. When I inquire at 10213 and at the Telkom shop in Woodlands mall after a while of no reaction, besides the order number that is sms’ed to me, I get informed that my order has been cancelled. The last time that I ordered I got phoned twice by Telkom technicians to make an appointment to do the installation, but were not kept either, or no explanation or further arrangements were made.</p> <p>After the last order, I did get an SMS to change my Modem account and the password of my e-mail account. My wife’s email account got deleted indiscriminately. I once again inquired, this time on the “Talk to us” service. Before I could clearly state my problem, I got referred to 10213. I phoned 10213 again where it got confirmed that my wife’s e-mail got deleted. When I requested it to be restored I got switched through to the technicians where I got informed that Sales is supposed to create an e-mail account.
