Telkom is unable to fix my E-Mail

<p>I contacted Telkom as my E-Mail can recieve but not send E-Mails. After trying to fix the problem the telkom call centre operater told me that she cannot fix the problem and she logged a call for a technitian to fix the problem. More than a week later i still cannot send e-Mails and me wife's business are now losing serious money. What else can i do to get the problem fixed???</p>
