Telkom is *****ulant in their actions and many has issues with their poor customer service

I dont understand why i have been handed over when this account was cleared and i disputed it numerous times. I sqaured up this account a month before the contract was ending. Now how am i paying for someones incompetence at a Telkom store that didnt close the account as i was told it would be done, also the service has been bared never been used yet you still increasing my bill its insane. This is *****ulant
