Telkom is trying to steel money from me I will not allow that as Telkom must be the worst service profider in South Africa

Telkom is the most unreliable company to deal with I have cancelled my contact with them last year a month before the contact run out as I was instructed by Telkom thus I was under the impression that all is well till I got an account for a year’s arrears on my account that is bull I cannot get hold of someone to help me please can you help me sort this out. I can send the proof if you need it. The cancelation notes were send to Telkom on the 2017/09/08. Telkom account nr ********** 65
