Telkom is trying to ***** my money

Telkom is trying to ***** my money and this has been an ongoing thing of them for the past 2 years, I have no account with them and have been sending emails and even complained on social media, then the debit orders from my account stop for a few months and all of the sudden they start taking money of my account again This morning 11/12/2020 they tried to debit my account with R4225.39 with ref no TELK***S201211 It seems to me that their is not even one competent person that works for telkom, because after 2 years and how many emails and complaints this is still an ongoing problem
