Telkom is trying to rob people

Telkom contacted me the same day of the last review and again wanted me to settle, and I rep**** to there mail to say that I'm not able to but want to pay the account and that was about 3 days ago and still never received a response, I am not being assisted, they are trying to make me over indebted and do not consider anything, what has happened to the service that telkom use to give. The is very very poor
