Telkom is trying to **** me

I had a contract with telkom before I left South Africa in 2019 and once the contract was over they kept debiting my account , I emailed them to tell them to cancel it since I was done paying they said they wanted me to come in person even after I explained that I wasn’t in the country,they keep sending me messages to pay 1400 apparently for data but my phone number hasn’t been in use for years now
