Telkom is truly pathetic
<p>We have not had Internet coverage at home for a week! Our neighbours have complained and despite numerous faults logged from us and our neighbours nothing has been done! On top of it I have to buy more data due to lack of WiFi and that means telkom are getting even more money from me as I am contracted to them as my mobile service provider too. Sort this out, coverage is truly pathetic in our area! </p>
A team were here today to fix the issue but connection is still very very slow and does not reach any of the areas bar the main room, I still don't know how we should have to pay the full amount for a service we're not getting?
