Telkom is Truly Hellkom

Telkom is truly Hellkom! I cant even leave successfully! I have called the call Centre several times I have gone into the Telkom store as told to me by the call Centre just to find out that they cannot help and I have now been listed for bad payment by telkom through no fault of my own . I have also sent numerous emails and NO reply!! This is exactly why I moved service providers! You have charged me to cancel a line that is not on a contract, and are charging me a cancellation fee and interest unjustly. Firstly I shouldn’t pay a cancellation/admin fee for closing my account and secondly the account is closed and no payments are been taken on the account, and then you list me for non payment when I gave the 1 months notice and paid over and above even though I already had Fibre from my new contractor while you tried to sort out your dates . Please correct this & credit & close this account as its paid in full!!!
