Telkom is treating me unfairly and deducting money on my account without my permission and informing me.

I Kenneth Mahlangu, took a Telkom contract for a mobile router and towards the end of the contract several Telkom agents called me telephonically wanting to offer me an upgrade and I clearly stipulated that I do not want an upgrade and stated that they should also cancel my contract, since they work for Telkom and at some point, an agent called again, an agent said my profile shows that I want to cancel my contract why is that. I explained that during the duration of this contract I did not have the Telkom contract and when I gave the router I was told that I have Telkom coverage where I stay and when I went back to check coverage I got the same response that I have coverage than when I wanted to cancel my contract I was told that I am gonna pay penalties. I had no choice but to continue, but after all the phone calls no one advised me to fill in a cancellation form and every time I try to call Telkom I would wait for hours without someone picking up my call. This month I could not take it anymore cause my contract end but Telkom was still deducting money from my account I reversed the two months diductions from Telkom and on the 15th of May Telkom deducted R120 from my account and on the 18th May they again deducted R120 from my account. When I check their website I'm told I ow them R120 and on the 1st of June, I must pay R40. Telkom is treating me unfairly and deducting money on my account without my permission.
