Telkom is traumatising me

2023 I made a biggest mistake of my life by taking data bundles with Telkom. The agreement was R260 every month but that was never a case I was paying over R300 a month I did raise my concern about the matter and I was told it’s because I go over limit at times. 2024 January I asked to end the contract but they kept on deducting money on my account. Until I stopped Depositing money on that account. Then I called and made arrangements to pay off the account me and the Agent agreed on R500 every month for Four months because I was owing R2000 in July. They never debuted until 30th November they debuted R1980 on my account that I never agreed on and they made it in a way that I Can not reverse the money. I continue to life hoping that my debt will be off in 2 months. On the 4th I received an email that I will be sumoned with court order because my debit is no longer R3800 but R4800 because I have not been paying. But I do have prove bank statement that shows Telkom deducted R1980 with out my consent. I have sleepless nights. They traumatising me with endless phone calls but there’s no solution on my side.
