Telkom is Trashy - Kenilworth Centre, Cape Town

I have never been more disturbed and disgusted by the service received from Telkom, Kenilworth Centre. I went to the store for a sim swap after being ****** at gunpoint and I still haven't received my number. The consultant did a number change instead of a sim swap. I received a number I probably used many moons ago and two sim cards (one of which is not even registered on the network). I've been to the store 6 times and i've been waiting a total of 16 days! The consultants had terrible attitudes and offered no assistance or advice. I am beyond fed up!
