Telkom is trash. Stay away

They have a very terrible customer care. You call, email, send a message on social media. Start a conversation and halfway through it they change to a different person and you have to restart the whole thing. I have been trying to get them to fix the network in my area, TelkomSA suddenly disappeared and only TelkomSA-R is available. I have to deal with their condescending agents every other day, to this day nothing has been done. I was given a case number (***5) on the 13th of April and to this day, still no feedback. There's no one with a little common sense, they all keep telling me to search network, restart router, move it to a different location, set apn. Ignoring the fact that I have 4 numbers with them and ALL four are roaming. So I will be paying for a full month of LTE that I only used for half of the month. Really terrible service, I shouldn't be surprised I guess, all our SoC are doing equally terrible.
