Telkom is trash

Palesa Khechane *** *** I Just simply want a settlement letter, your call center has the most horrible service, your telkom stores staff are mostly clueless I’m so irate and unhappy as I type this because this has affected my finances badly, I need that letter by tomorrow morning 17/01/2020 by 8oclock latest. I’ve been struggling to get it for the past 2 weeks if not 3... I just want to end this contract with you. Thanks.
