Telkom is trash

I had a 2 contract with Telkom, and I manage to finish both contract this year despite the difficulties of last year. But now Telkom owes me cash about R900, it's been 3months trying to get my refund back. I've been pushed around by the call center agents they've been saying in 2 days I'll get my refund i don't even know how many agents I've talked to. Now was referred to the finance department and my case was handled by Vuyiswa Mbele (***) she asked for the proof of payment and I sent it she hasn't rep**** to my email since it's been 2months asking her to reply nothing from her. Telkom is trash.
