Telkom is trash - Don't waste your time

The worst service I've seen. Clearly no skill is required to work for Telkom since nobody knows what is going on. I have extremely slow speed for the past 3 months, I've called multiple times and received no feedback. I decided to switch to fiber in hoping it will be better. The modem was delivered yet I receive no installation. I have now found out that Telkom has terminated my order for no reason (I was not even informed...guess I have a free modem that I can sell now). I have called so may times only to be told that its my problem and nothing can be done...not even a reason why it was terminated.
