TELKOM IS TRASH DO BETTER

Hi

I would just like to express my disgust at the service received from Telkom and their online shopping process as a whole. Honestly they should stick to selling things instore because they are completely out of their depth.

I ordered a mobile online on the 3rd of Oct . On the 5th of Oct money for the product left my account for the order.

On the 8th I called to follow up on the status of the order and I was told that the order had not yet been captured ... How ? when money left my account . WHAT A JOKE.

Naturally I kept calling them until I received an SMS to tell me that there was a stock shortage. Again not my problem you have taken my money I expect to receive what I paid for.

I call their call centre and a gentleman assists me to cancel the order on Friday the 12th Of Oct. Today is the 16th and I have still not recieved any communication from them whatsoever.

SHOCKING. TELKOM IS TRASH. WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!

I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK THATS IT !!
