Telkom is trash

I have been trying to cancel my wifi contract since it expired and they offer poor service, but with no success. My internet connection has been off for a while and I have been paying for something that is not working. I called a ton of times and just could not get hold of a consultant. I requested a consultant to call me back and 2 of them said they would have to call me back within 5 hours and they never called back. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT PLEASE. Telkom is trash. I would never recommend them to anyone.
