Telkom is trash

I just don't understand how my sim card gets cancelled without my request,not even an explanation on how that happened. I am told to request for my number which I did not even cancel,this is such an inconvenience cause I am using the number for job applications. This is not the right way to treat your customers. This is pathetic and unacceptable. I will never buy a telkom sim ever again!. Telkom should just be s****ped as a service provider.
